CDC Mortality Raw Transcribed Dictionary
To decode this data on the fly for ingestion into Elasticsearch a dictionary first had to be created using the information in this document https://ftp.cdc.gov/pub/Health_Statistics/NCHS/Dataset_Documentation/mortality/Mort99doc.pdf.
